McDonald’s San Roque Antipolo — Restaurant in Rizal

around 11:15 pm I ordered three meals for dine in via Gcash payment..after 30 mins, I went again at the counter to order a BFF fries but this time for take out and will use the same payment as before..couple of minutes waiting on the line and when its my turn, suddenly, one of your crew just told me that payment service is unavailable because it was already "transferred"..

next time its better to ask customers on the line before declaring/closing any mode of payment especially when its midnight so it won't be a...

service was good, crew ignores requests of water, crew seems to be really tired, they should have scheduled their crew accordingly so they don't get tired easily, food was so bad, flavors are not the same old flavors we grew up on. and the food servings seems to be cut in half, extra rice is like ordering half a cup of rice, checkens are like 1 day old chick small.. so bad.. to start the day.. oh and tables are not...

When we dine in, the comfort room is dirty and no tissue inside and no crew was on the counter.the table is a mess the crew did not clean the tables right away when the customers are done eating and there are flies inside and we need to knock on the counter table before the crew assisting us because all the crew is in the back of the counter area....i hope you take an action on...
