McDonald's OG Road San Fernando — Restaurant in San Fernando

Food - just your usual Mcdo taste. Reason for rating this low is because of cleanliness. Knowing that it's a well known fast food chain: #1 Has soap but there's no water coming out of their faucet. You can't even use the faucet inside their comfort room. I only learned that there's no water after pumping so much soap on my hands. Imagine the hassle. #2 Toilet is dirty. Bidet is broken. #3 Sink inside the comfort room has cling wrap for whatever reason. The alternate sink that customers can use is clogged. #4 I asked the staff about it but they just shrugged their shoulders off as if it's not worth concerning. 🥺

You expect people to eat fries, burgers, or fried chicken with their bare hands but we cannot even wash our hands. C'mon!

It was nighttime when I came here for my bus travel, so there were not many customers around. The staff were friendly. The food announcer's voice is really loud and audible. This is a good spot to stop by & dine before travelling since it's near the bus terminal. For a moment I forgot about the hot weather outside and thought I was back in Baguio City. I was confused at first tho, I'm pretty sure I'm going to the right entrance because there's no other door I can go through, cause there is an EXIT sign on top of it. For almost 5 years, hetong branch na ito yung laging binibilhan ko ng Iced Coffee via Drive-thru papasok ng work every Monday. And for the previous whole year, Iced Latte Medium na ino-order ko which is twice the price of a regular Iced Coffee, dahil wala nang masyadong epekto yung Regular Iced Coffee kapag nagmamaneho ako. Today, I was so disappointed. Hinahanap ko cellphone number nila para tawagan sana sila kaso landline lang meron sila. Nasa NLEx na kasi ako, driving. Doon ko palang sana iinumin yung Iced Latte ko, pagkainom ko, sobrang asim, I thought baka hindi lang nahalo nang mabuti. Pero ganun parin, sobrang asim niya. First time, yes first time. Pagkabukas ko sa kape ko, heto bumungad sa akin, panis na yung supposedly “fresh” milk na inilagay. And as of this writing, nag-LBM ako pagkadating na pagkadating ko sa work ko. Palagi kong iniisip every time na nagda-drivethru ako sa branch na ito kung hindi ba nasisira yung milk nila, kasi they’re not keeping it refrigerated. Mcdo, please do better. Mahirap ang food poisoning, dapat yung top priority ninyo ay yung food ninyo kung safe to consume pa ba ito. Salamat.
