We did a Google search for Greenhills restaurants and chose this place because it stays open till 2 am. We ordered a platter and the Caesar’s salad and were told orders take upwards of 20 minutes to be served. After more than 20 minutes, the server came and said the platter was not available because one of the items there was not available. We asked if the unavailable item could be replaced with something else and were told no, so we ordered a la carte. After another 20 minutes, the server came back and said the Caesar’s salad was not available because the kitchen ran out of eggs for the dressing so I asked if another dressing could be used. The server left and when he came back, he gave some vague answer so I asked to speak to the chef. The first cook I spoke to did not even bother to answer me and just turned around when I asked if another dressing could be used with the salad so I asked the second cook. Simple question: what other dressing do you have. Instead of giving me a straight answer, he explained to me how Caesar’s salad dressing is made! I told him I didn’t want to learn how to make the dressing. He continued to explain how to make the dressing so I just canceled the order. Eventually, our first order came after more than 40 minutes: nachos with bottled salsa and watered down Chiz Whiz. This took more than 40 minutes and only after I berated the cashier (there was no manager on duty) for the horrible service we were getting? Then our other orders arrived: a pale-looking pizza, lousy chicken fingers, and poorly plated steak. Just about the only thing that we got OK was our chicharon bulaklak.
I do not recommend this place. Management needs to look into how badly this place is doing poorly in terms of service and food quality.

The servers must have been so busy listening to Taylor Swift's hit song 'All Too Well' because that was how long they took before they even noticed our presence.
The Philly Cheese Steak pizza and Torch Signature roll took ages to arrive, we physically aged by 3.2 years. The pizza had the integrity of a corrupt politician running his last term in office, with it being so soggy, it was physically impossible to lift a slice without the toppings sliding unenthusiastically on the plate. Also, we weren't even given knives. (Who serves pizza without knives??) The pizza base was just slathered with tomato sauce and a pitiful excuse for cream cheese. The flavors didn't have any cohesiveness into it.
I don't even know how their signature sushi roll got its namesake. There wasn't any difference from a run-of-the-mill California maki, except with the Torch signature roll being overpriced. It was as uninspired as Marvel Studios making movies post-Endgame.
This was a terrible dining experience. We didn't even finish the food despite being hungry. The food was so overpriced that I would still be walking out of Torch with a scowl even if the bill was half of what we paid for.

Leaking aircon: We were seated right under an aircon that was literally dripping on us. Super uncomfortable and unhygienic. Ordered a beef main and was shocked by the size. They served us a ridiculously small piece of beef, about 1 inch wide and 5 inches long, with only 4 pieces of sliced mushroom. The rice portion was laughable too—barely half a cup! Definitely not worth the price. Tried their "signature" roll, which was supposed to contain ebi tempura, unagi, cucumber, and ripe mango. Instead what we got is mostly rice with cucumber, egg, mango, and the fake crabs you call kani. Photo attached for reference. Plus this is not sushi, it’s gimbap! It tasted like the gimbaps you can buy from convenience stores. For ₱499, all I could taste was rice, cucumber, and nori—no real flavor or substance. Their chopsticks were so poor in quality that I opened several, only for them to break apart. I even got a splinter from one. The staff were all over the place. Service was slow, disorganized, and no one seemed to be paying attention.
Overall, definitely not worth the money or the experience. We used to love Torch! What happened??
We also tried to ask for their manager first to clarify but apparently they do not...
