McDonald's San Pablo Plaza — Restaurant in San Pablo

I dined there last March 9 after my SPES examination, and I was shocked by the service I and my friends received. Basically, we're a group of three people, and my other friend is already done eating. while me and another friend are still finishing ours. They asked my other friend if he's done eating, and my friend said yes, so they took away his trash, which is kind of okay with us even though we're sharing the same table. then they started cleaning our table, even though me and my friend are still not finished eating. wiping the table and even lifting my food without permission if they can do that. I was so offended, so we left right away. Apparently, it's not just our table that experienced this. even the table near ours. The food was good, but the...

Poor customer service. Service crews are chitchatting while on duty. They are aware that they need to clean-up the table once the customer leaves. I asked them to remove the mess. They removed it but kept on talking again and did not even wipe the table since it was sticky already. I asked them again politely to wipe the table, then went back to their business chitchatting with other co-workers in the middle of the dine-in area. They do not even have a high number of customers the time we went. I am not sure if they are new or whatsoever, and I am just sharing what we have...

It is what it is, typical mcdo, food is the usual as other mcdo, but I rated 4 due to cleanliness mishaps, sometimes you might just sit at a table with dried soda on it and accidently lay your arms on it.

But service is still up to mcdo standards, will accommodate with out hesitations, efficiently moving lines, (these details are important) just watch out for lunch/dinner/afterschool/after work rush.
