Mi Cafe' Padres — Restaurant in San Pablo

Food was really good, not too salty and tastes homey. Served piping hot. The portion blew us away for its prize.

This area is your one stop shop while you get your car cleaned as well. It has a coffee shop, a dental clinic and a salon. They used to be air-conditioned though. It was one of the key factors why I chose bubble car wash despite San Pablo having hundreds of carwash every other block, due to its convenience and comfort. I guess due to rising costs they had to cut down the electricity bill too. I wish this place success though.

Tried on of their best sellers, the Pesto Pork Steak. Pesto and garlic tastes are very pronounced but in a delicate way. You're sure to finish your whole plate w/o the strong pungent aftertaste in your mouth.

The fried lumpiang ubod is a hybrid between the typical deep-fried lumpiang toge and the hearty fresh lumpiang ubod. Instead of peanut sauce, one must try it with their homemade vinegar - you might just eat it with your rice. 😍

Lastly their complimentary food is really worth mentioning - Crispy Kangkong leaves. These are battered and deepfried, crispy and umami but w/o the oiliness one might expect from fried food. Truly a fun start for...

We ordered their nachos, mi cafe padres pizza, sisig, sizzling salmon belly, wagyu burger steak, salted egg calamari, and crispy kare kare and they were all delicious!! 👨🏻‍🍳🤌🏼 we weren’t able to take pictures of their food servings ‘cause we can’t resist how good it looked and it tasted superb! i also enjoyed the ambiance of their resto and the service of their waiters. will surely go...
