Went in cause my daughter was hankering for Salt and Pepper Pork. Sadly, it wasn't available. She had to settle for a piece of Chicken 🍗. I ordered Pancit Canton with Lumpiang Shanghai and a glass of Pineapple juice. Our order was quickly prepared and our number was called. The first thing I notice is the noodles. It's the same as the one in packets. 🚩I was so disappointed. The veggies were blanced. The noodles, as if were seasoned with just soy sauce then blended together with the rest of the ingredients. We have ordered food from here twice. Both times the food is pretty decent but both times took more than two hours to be delivered. Easy to use website. Unfortunately some bottleneck as site doesn’t repond for almost an hour. Then an email tells you it will be 60 minutes. Finally someone calls after another 45 minutes to tell you it will be another hour. No apology or explanation. And both times they hung up when asked why. Doesn’t matter much if you have good food if your service is this...

Terrible Service!!! Lacking courtesy and not amiable! The crew kept talking with other crews while pushing the tray slightly towards me without even saying a word. I got slightly annoyed so I raised my voice a little asking her why she's not saying any words about my order, like "To follow na lang po" and/or tell me about how many minutes I should wait!
