When we got there, there was no wait time. The food was great. We got no complaints with that. The place was very welcoming. There were 7 of us at this establishment.
The only thing we'd complain about is the scattered service of the servers. It wasn't an extremely busy lunch rush. However, the whole process was a bit disorganized. Lacking in structure and procedure. We got our dishes before we even got our plates and silverwares. We had to ask for them while longing for the food that was already right in front of us. Even our drinks that came with their combos/value meals came later than the food.

Despite this concerning situation, we were still charged for the entire meal, with no acknowledgment of the issue or any attempt to rectify it. It was disheartening to see such a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and food safety. Unfortunately, this experience has made us reconsider whether we would...

The atmosphere was warm, though we did notice that the restaurant was a bit smoky during our visit, which might be something to look into for better comfort. We ordered the adobo rice, which had a good flavor but was unfortunately a bit too salty for our taste.
Overall, we appreciated the hospitality and would consider coming back, especially for the warm service. A few small tweaks could make the experience...
