TGI Friday's — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Here's what we ordered: Ribeye steak - 9/10 they were able to accommodate our request for medium-rare. The steak was juicy although it had some tough to chew parts that we weren't able to eat. The mashed potato was sooo good! Tomato arugula - 9/10 surprisingly good. We only ordered the small one but 3 people were able to eat it. Fish and chips - 8/10 it was juicy and we can really say it's newly cooked as it was piping hot. Although a bit messy to eat as the coating fall off the fish easily. Chips was extra too crispy for us and overcooked. Also, waitress said that the large order is only for one person but clearly, it can serve 3-4 persons. Sana maliit lang binili namin if we were informed correctly Wings platter - 3/10 WAY TOO OVERCOOKED. The meat is really tough to eat and you can easily notice how dry the chicken is without the sauce. we got all 3 flavors but only the garlic parmesan yung malalasahan mo. Also, dikit na dikit na yung laman sa buto so it means nasobrahan sa luto talaga. Truffle bacon & mushroom - this one's for take out and the sauce they gave was really not enough sa buong order. Malaki pa naman yung size na binili namin.

We were told that the waiting time is 20-25 minutes but we waited for 55 minutes to be exact. Had to follow-up our order 3 times. Yung drinks din namin hindi na nabigay kasi daw ibbrew pa daw so we had to settle for softdrinks nalang. Had our food after our team’s activity from Nasugbu and had a not so good experience in this restaurant. From order taking to serving time even until payment. We placed our order completely but one food is missing after serving. Take note that they started serving the food more than 30 minutes after order taking. We thought that they missed out one order, human error, so G. Here comes the food, my experience at TGIF Galleria is not like this, good in Solenad branch is either dry or completely toasted or bland. Check the picture of my burger, too dry, unsure if this was prepared hours ago 😅. Didn’t finish this burger, reported to the manager and offered to “cook the burger again” 😅 I refused and all along I thought it is just my food, but when we went out, they have same concerns. Anyway, we billed out and I noticed that there is an additional order charged to us, the missing order earlier. This means that they completely got our orders early on and they just really missed out that one item.

I checked and we arrived around 2pm so I am not sure why this happened or maybe they are tired from the lunch orders. Anyway, this is a bad experience happened to our group and I hope this does not happen...

im so disappointed of what i've experienced in this resto...i left my cellphone on the table but when i went back it's gone and i asked them to check the CCTV, lot of alibis were given to me but when the police officers help us that's the time they allow to review the CCTV and they saw that i left my cellphone on the table then the CCTV jumped to the scene that the table is all cleared and clean...what happened next after the scene of my cellphone on the table? we don't know...😡 after the customers ate there, i got my fone but guess where i get it? it was under the sofa between the foot of 2 sofas ...funny thing from the table how did it get there? and how come the staff who clean our table didn't see my fone but in the CCTV it's there...bad thing is it seems all of them are not telling truth...i hope the police officers will get the full footage of cctv from the main office....because if someone will ask me about this...i don't like to eat in any restaurants who have dishonest and liar staffs...and to the manager...give me the full footage of what happened...so i will know what really happens in there...i will challenge you so i can believe what you're...
