Visited KFC Silang twice within their first week of opening, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The drive-thru, though newly opened, was surprisingly non-operational with no visible signage during both visits. Opted for take-out but encountered issues both times.
During the first visit, after electronically placing our order and patiently waiting in line for payment, we were informed abruptly that they couldn't accommodate our order. It was perplexing why this information wasn't communicated earlier, especially considering there were still customers waiting behind us.
On the second visit, the drive-thru remained closed with no indication. The cleanliness of the floor and restrooms left much to be desired. The food quality was subpar, tasting either reheated or overcooked. The spaghetti was particularly disappointing, standing out as the worst-tasting item.

The first time I went here was to order our food for New Year’s Eve. They didn’t ask me if it’s for dine in or take out but it also slipped my mind to tell them that it’s for take out. When my order was ready, I told them that I’m sorry but my order was for take out and one of the managers was so unprofessional. I heard him getting irritated that they had to pack my orders since it was for take out. I was turned off though I know I am also at fault. Another thing that I didn’t like is they’re not professional and they talk like there are no customers in front of the counter that could clearly hear them.
The second time I went here was just an hour ago. I ordered 10 pcs chicken and waited for half an hour. As we went home and were about to eat, my aunt told me that the bucket only has 8 pcs.
