Understandably, they opened a few weeks ago, but that's no excuse. The cashier has no idea what a French press is, he was about to serve me French fries. At least let your trainees study your menu before putting them facing the customer. My coffee was well pressed and delicious but served in an old dirty press of the wrong size. Cleaning is left to a contractor. One poor guy who has no idea what he's doing. Spends his time staring at customers. I had to clean my own table. There are crumbs on the floor, trays on the seats, dirty tables, chairs hanging randomly around tables, bussing station full of dirty trays, windows full of fingerprints. I didn't check the toilets. I can only imagine. Let your employees do the cleaning. Let them take pride in having a clean coffee shop to welcome customers. No "Thank you come again" . Will I come back? Yes. Do they need to improve maintenance and cleaning? Definitely. I would rather drive a few more kms to enjoy a clean coffee shop with staff who know what they are doing. And no WiFi as mentioned in other reviews with poor cell reception.

One month later: did not improve on cleanliness. Still dirty tables. It's only the security guard doing rounds once in a while to remove the mess of customers who don't know how to use the bussing station, that is most of the tables anyway. At least the windows looked...

It's small and not as good as the other Starbucks in tagaytay. I didn't notice if there's free wifi. The parking area is spacious but it's near a busy street with traffic lights so some motorists are using the parking area to skip and get ahead. So it is very difficult to park without an attendant. There was an attendant during the time we went Sunday at 3pm but I don't know if it is the same everyday. The interior looks bare. One of the long chairs is just a block of concrete so it's cold and hard to sit. My small niece got disappointed because it's not comfortable to sit on. There were few people. In my opinion maybe because when they visited they never came back. I will never come back as well. There are other Starbucks that are...

I really had a great experience in this branch! We had our stop over here yesterday evening. I ordered 1 cup of iced white chocolate mocha, 1 cup of their hot latte drink, forgot the entire name and 1 four cheese flat bread, my fave.

When I got the order, my husband said that he wanted hot, so I went to the barista and asked if it's possible to remake my order, I admitted that it was my fault when I ordered in the cashier, but they still decided to replace my drink... ☺️☺️☺️

I really had a great customer experience here. Plus the fact that they served really good four cheese flat bread, it's hot,moist and soft!❤️❤️❤️

I'll make sure to have a stop over again once I got the chance...
