LZM Restaurant - Magallanes Square — Restaurant in Tagaytay

Dined at LZM Restaurant in Tagaytay last February 8, and it was such a great experience! Before heading there, I texted to check their hours, and they promptly replied that they’re open until 9 PM, with last orders at 8:30 PM. Since we were arriving around 8 PM, I asked if we could place an advance order, and they gladly accommodated us.

To our surprise, when we arrived, our table was already set up, and in less than five minutes, our food was served—fresh and hot! This was a big deal for us since we were all hungry from the trip, and seeing our food ready to enjoy made the experience even better.

As always, the food was delicious! My favorite was the daing na bangus, but everything we ordered was flavorful. Service was also excellent—our water was refilled without needing to ask, and the staff was quick and attentive. Plus, they offer free soup refills for their bulalo, which was a nice touch!

Overall, a solid dining experience with great food and efficient service. Will definitely...

We are food lover and eat all around places such as tagaytay area and Today we had lunch at LZM in this branch and we had a very bad experience , while ordering food we had to advise one of there food server / waiter to kindly serve first the soup and the fried milkfish and the rest of our order to follow , at our surprise he the food server / waiter aggressively in his higher tone said “ I told them already!!! And turn his back at us!! — For you Sir and the owner of this resto, let’s face it one of the reason that people enjoy coming back to great restaurants is that when there is extraordinary customer service nad you don’t have it there ☹️☹️☹️And sorry the food also wasn’t that great ☹️☹️☹️ …( by the way the waiter didn’t even bother to say “ sorry , thank you, please , welcome or anything— his just on his baddest attitude ) We don’t recommend this resto guys ,...

I think this restaurant is one of thr best kept secrets of Tagaytay. It's not one of those tourists would usually go to to dine overlooking the magnificence of Taal lake and volcano. It's tucked away, situated on the second floor of ordinary-looking building. The interiors are now a bit shabby. But the food is very good and reasonably priced, considering the big servings of their popular bulalo (with veggies) and extra-large boneless bangus (always tastes fresh), and kare-kare!
