Sweet Home Cafe — Restaurant in Tagbilaran

While waiting for our trip back to Cebu, my colleagues decided to stay in the Sweet Home Cafe. It's a long climb as the cafe is located at the 3rd floor of the building. My colleagues who came in first enjoyed their coffee and tea drinks, paired with some of their delectable pastries. However, my order was inadvertently misplaced by the staff and was forgotten. Unfortunately a sudden power outage occured, so I just thought that the machine needs power and my coffee can't be served. When the power came back, I gave them time to probably reset their machines and equipment. But my coffee never came, when I asked one of their staff, everyone in the counter were startled, they asked about my order and began searching. My order slip was on the counter top. Never had a chance to enjoy my coffee, had it to go in a paper bag, but all was thrown on my lap and shoes as the cup leaked and tore the tag when we took a tricycle in going...

I've been coming back here everytime I go to BIR. Stress reliever! I really love their food and coffee. Good serving size for the price, especially the breakfast meal I ordered, boneless bangus with egg. I like their cakes. Good service from good staff. They recommended me good choices from their menu. Kudos to the manager for being nice on addressing my concern regarding multiple chqrges on my credit card. She verified it was the same total price for two transactions . They have free access to wifi, no time limit. The place can be a bit crowded. One thing that I also noticed was they charged a service fee on my second order. Since they are "pay as you order", I paid my first order but then I had an additional order so I paid again. I only ordered a slice of cake. The service charge was paid twice for 1 customer. Their comfort room is clean and has amenities....

I was here with my wife and her sister and a friend of her, the problem was that 2 of us got our food like 20 minutes earlier than the other 2. And because it feel rude to start eating before all have got their food served I had to eat almost cold pasta :/ Not only because the pasta was cold it wasn't really good, the dish was called Chicken tetrizzini but it was more ham than chicken, oversalted and burned cheese on top. That might be how the dish should be like but it didn't give my taste buds the thrill. My wife's sister ordered the crispy chicken and those where still pink/red hopefully I still have my health when I wake up coz I did taste those salty chicken.
