We went here on the 1st of November for lunch with my parents. It was a good choice since I was craving their Ebi Tempura. The staff asked us for our orders, and it was a good thing that he mentioned they had their Bisayang Tinolang Manok, which delighted my father. We also ordered their Chow Pat Chin(Chopseuy) and Ebi tempura.
With the food arriving, the tinolang manok was served first, then the chop suey. The tinolang manok was good! It was just added to their menu, and it was tasty; the chicken was soft, and the broth was flavourful! The chop suey was also a mixture of flavours between the mushroom, broccoli and other veggies- a balance of flavours.
The Ebi tempura took a while to be served. I was excited when it was put on our table, but the taste was different. The sauce was bland, and the tempura itself was a bit light as well. I wish they could improve it, so people still look forward to ordering the Ebi tempura.
The staff was great and attentive. And knows what they’re doing. And we appreciate that he mentioned they added a new menu (tinolang manok).
The place itself - the interior was elegant and a bit “shiny”. The ambience itself was great. However, the air conditioning needs a bit of work; it was not breezy enough, if I may describe it. Nevertheless, everything was...
Read moreWe recently had dinner at your restaurant with my family, most of whom are seniors. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the level of service we received. When we arrived, no staff greeted us or offered assistance. We had to find a table ourselves for a group of 11, and even after settling in, no one brought us menus or approached to take our order.
What made the experienced more frustrating was that several staff members were standing around near the reception aside from lady at cashier area, not appearing busy or attentive. I understand if the restaurant was overwhelmed, but this didn’t seem to be the case.
I considered leaving, but out of respect for my elderly family members who were tired and hungry, we decided to stay. Thankfully, the food was tasty and helped to enjoyed the evening.
My main concern is the lack of basic customer service. I strongly suggest the management consider retraining staff to improve attentiveness and hospitality. A welcoming attitude makes a big difference, especially for families and senior...

I recently dined at Prawn Farm Restaurant, and it was a truly satisfying experience. Located in a convenient and scenic spot of Island City Mall, the restaurant offers a cozy and relaxed atmosphere—perfect for families, friends, or even a casual business lunch.
The highlight, of course, is the fresh seafood buffet. The prawns were juicy and cooked to perfection, and I also enjoyed their grilled squid, baked scallops, and crab dishes. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. There were also a variety of side dishes and desserts, making the meal complete.
The staff was friendly and attentive, regularly checking in to refill drinks and clear plates. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and variety of food offered.
If you're a fan of seafood, especially prawns, Prawn Farm is definitely worth a visit. I’d recommend going early to get the best picks from the buffet. Looking forward to coming...
