Very Poor service & customer relation. Food, could have done so much better. Very disappointed. Being from Arizona USA, we are very excited to see Mexican or at least "Mexican style" restaurants or food vendors in the Philippines. Hence, we tried this Hola. Their menu was OK. Very limited selection and items were a bit pricy for the quality & taste of food but the vibe of the place makes up for it if you're one those who likes to hang out for hours. There were 8 of us so our bill was reasonably high. However, one of our orders was wrong which they said they would replace but never happened. Rice inside the 2 burritos we ordered was not fully cooked and they just shrugged their shoulder when we addressed it. I wasn't going to give them any star especially for their lousy customer service but for it being new,...

Hola!! Finally some Mexican food :) In a land where tacos are hard to come by, this little fast food joint gets 5 stars from me simply because it is the closest thing you're going to get to Mexican during the pandemic —and it's actually pretty darn tasty! While there is no guacamole, there are a variety of sauces and toppings including pico de gallo. Tacos come in both soft and hard shell options and the nachos are generously loaded up. I typically stop in for one chicken taco before food shopping as Hola is located within ICM mall... but, sometimes I go just for the tacos ;) The staff is always friendly too and will wrap your nachos and sauces separately when you order takeaway so that everything doesn't get soggy by the time you arrive home — huge bonus! Thanks...

There are no other Mexican restaurant/cafe in the city so I usually go here to grab some nachos most especially during my break time. Taste wise, the foods are good but not as good as I am expecting. I am expecting more of a spice into it like cumin or something deep herby flavor but that's nothing to be worried about because everything tastes really nice. The place is not good for hanging around for too long coz it's quite small, just for a quick bite. Staffs are friendly, ambiance is cozy and food is...
