Samgyuniku - Vista Mall Taguig — Restaurant in Taguig

Me and my boyfriend visited this branch to have dinner. Food is ok however service sucks. Pinalampas na namin yung mabagal nilang service but what they did was horrible. I came in with a jacket and took it off kasi mainit sa loob kahit may aircon. We forgot to bring my jacket with us after we ate and left the store without it. Minutes later as we remembered to come back, I asked the staff about the jacket and their response was there was never a jacket seen on our seats. Lady at the cashier also mentioned na pag may naiwan ang guests, ihahand over sa kanya sa table pero on my case wala naman daw talagang naiwan na jacket. I go out to tell my boyfriend what they told me but he was not satisfied with their answer so we came back and asked for a cctv footage. They told me they are going to talk to the manager blah blah blah and a guy then interfere telling us their cameras are not working. Then right after, a guy who came out from the kitchen suddenly found what I was looking for and told us it came out from the trash. This is actually a horrible experience and this has been the very first time this happened. Yes it was just a jacket but still being dishonest with your customers? It's unacceptable. Back to their service, not to mention your people was just walking around the area as we are trying to get their attention to serve us the third time. Mind you we just had 2 orders/ set kasi sobrang bagal ng service and on our 3rd attempt sa sobrang tagal, we decided to bill out nalang. Then much worse happened. Never gonna...

Price is not worth the food and service. -Hotpot Bulogi beef was too salty for human consumption. Kimchi soup was ok tho. They only have these two for hotpot. -Plates looked dirty and need replacing. Pagod n pagod na plates nila, bugbog sa gamit. Took a while to look for a somewhat decent looking and clean plates which we still had to wipe with a tissue because they were still wet. -They only have red tea and water for drinks. -I asked for a new serving of tempura (crispy ebi) because the 2 pcs left on display looked like it had been there for hrs. They promised to serve them to me. I followed up 3 times. Nothing. -The place is not secured. Maya't maya may pumapasok na manghihingi ng food sa kumakain. -There's something wrong with their cheese. Malabnaw na may buo buo tska super salty lang. -They do not accept Senior/Pwd discount because the price is already in "promo". Senior Citizens Act of 2010 states that when seniors purchase something on a promo, they can get either of the two discounts, whichever is higher. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a floor that not only looked dirty but was also dangerously slippery, posing a hazard to both customers and staff alike.

The plates provided were far from clean, requiring patrons to wipe them down with a tissue before use, which is unacceptable considering the basic expectation of cleanliness in any dining establishment. Additionally, the state of the grill was appalling, with layers of dirt and grime evident, further raising concerns about the hygiene practices of the kitchen staff.

Overall, my experience at Samgyuniku Vistamall Taguig was marred by subpar cleanliness standards and a lack of attention to basic hygiene protocols.
