Me and my dad went there and most of the items my dad chose on the menu where unavailable. So we ordered what was available. I left my dad to wait for the order so I could withdraw cash from the cash machine outside. By the way i ordered 3 chicken meals. 2 with unlimited rice and 1 without for my dad who does not eat a lot of rice. My dad being out of the country for 15 years did not know the color coding of the plates for unlimited rice. I was also unfamiliar with the color coding of the plates working abroad and just going home for vacations. Any way I asked for extra rice and explained the circumstances to the employee and props to him he gave me the extra rice. So after a while I asked for another rice serving from another employee and refused to give the serving even after i explained the circumstances again. And the dispatcher, didn’t get their name: They are short and chubby lady and man — who are outside the kitchen. However, it’s not just the first time I saw them being bullied by the girls from the kitchen who’s preparing the order to be dispatched. There are two ladies as well as the pregnant woman who were being rude to these dispatchers outside. CAN’T THE MANAGEMENT GET THESE PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN UNDERGONE A DISCIPLINARY ACTION? Not only was the food stacked in cartons that already soaked the moisture and napunit na spilling it on top of each other, the palabok trays that came with the order (I ordered 2 of the promo) did not arrive. When I was able to speak to the manager, he said ita no longer their problem but Grab's and I should contact the rider because he stil might have the rest of my order. He gave me the landline of Food Panda where merchants raise their concerns with riders and I was the one who tried to find a solution. Walang nangyari. I asked for a refund and have the food picked up but no one was attending to the query. It was so frustrating. Nag order ka para makakain mg maaga at di ma hassle and ended up doing the very opposite of that.
