The food was flavorful, but sadly, it was already cold. This was our second time trying the buffet, and it was the same experience. We came back hoping things had improved, but unfortunately, they hadn’t.
What made our dining experience worst was the staff were just standing around, chatting loudly among themselves, creating unnecessary noise. There were no clean plates at the buffet, and we had to personally ask for them. Mind you there were only three groups dining at the time - one large group, one small group, and just the two of us. So it’s not busy at all.
Used plates were piling up, yet no one came to clear them. There was a noticeable lack of customer service or courtesy, as staff seemed more interested in socializing than assisting guests.
I hope the owner takes this as constructive feedback and considers proper staff training. If you brand yourselves as “Tarlac’s pride,” the service should truly live up...

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your resto tonight.
The staff were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They were unapproachable and inattentive. Orders were significantly delayed, and had I not followed up multiple times, I believe I would have continued to be ignored. It was clear there was no proper queue system, as customers who arrived later were served before others who had been waiting much longer.
Such poor handling of customers reflects badly on your restaurant. I strongly suggest that the management take immediate action to train staff more professionally and consider training your individuals with appropriate experience in hospitality.

Read moreThis is a home grown restaurant in Tarlac. Aside from being a resto, they cater variety of events from Birthdays, Seminars etc as they have rooms or halls that can be rented.
It has an ala carte or an all you can eat to choose from and just one dining area. Service is slow and unorganized.
So this is what happened, we had a reservation and my companions arrived by 5:00, they were 30 minutes earlier before dinner starts.
When it’s time, we’re about to stand and they halted us because a wrist tag (identifier if under ala carte or buffet) is needed prior entering the buffet area. We waited for so long and no one initiated to give us tags during that period. What an inconvenience!
