Im the 3rd to the last customer before they close. The crew get my order and told me that it will take 15mins to prepare my order. I sit and wait for 30mins, then I noticed that the guy next to already got his order when he is 2nd to the last in line earlier. Then they called the number of the cx that is the last in line and gave her order. I asked the crew what happened to my order and why the 2 customers already got their order when im ahead of them in the queue, the crew responded that my order is preparing now and asked me to wait for another 10mins, im disappointed and asked the crew just to refund my money back. Not a good customer service, no one explained to me why the 2 customers got their order ahead of me when im the first in queue and the crew didn't apologize to me either, i wasted 1 hr just to wait...

(It's not like im very far from the line ok???) and they proceeded to take someone's order right behind me BEFORE ME. So uneccessary to do that especially when I've been in that line for a long time and I'm infact IN LINE. It's hard to explain but those two cashiers are very unaccommodating and unprofessional. The place is always busy and I noticed that while there are plenty of crew members, most of them stay in the kitchen, probably to keep orders moving quickly. The issue is that there was only one crew assigned to the dining area, which resulted in dirty and messy tables.
