Boodle Bilao Food hub- Taytay Branch — Restaurant in Taytay

My entire family got food poisoned from their junior decker boodle. All 7 of us had severe stomach cramps, vomiting, severe diarrhea for the past 3 days including 2 kids and some of us even had fever. Food presentation looks appealing but the sanitation and freshness of food is highly questionable. Their leche flan arrived with molds on top which we saw late after eating the main boodle. The fruit (watermelon) was sour but the killer was the seafood. I think it was the mussel and other seafood that made us all very sick. There was even hair in the food. Really unsanitary. When they were told that their food poisoned our whole family, all they could offer us was to send medicines. Not even the decency to refund us. Update: The food arrived at exactly 10:51 pm. Almost 4 hours delayed. Not recommended to order from them especially in peak season. Better have a plan B if you still want to consider.

Order was placed Dec 14 (DOBOL FIESTA). Today, Dec 24 is the day of delivery at 7pm. It’s almost 11pm. I would understand if it’s an hour delayed, but no. We ended up ordering from Grab food, that doubled my expense for today. CS did not communicate if it will be delayed until I reached out to them. This is a total scam. Ordered for December 24 paid on the 17th delivery time was supposed to be around 6pm. Order was never delivered. Requesting for refund said they will provide an update, till now no update coming from them. No messages. Non responsive in messenger, not replying to text messages and phone number on official website is unreachable. We were not able to celebrate Noche Buena because they never gave the food you ordered.
