Please avoid this foreign exchange currency small booth located at second floor when exchanging currency with smaller bills like 20’s or 10. Make sure you count the money in front of the cashier so you get completed amount. We were exchanging and I made mistake not counting the money in front of her. We didn’t pay attention. I was surprised that 100 was the one exchange. Then came to realize was missing 20 dollars. I ask cashier that we are missing money. After she verify and said there’s no other 20 missing. When we clearly had 160 in our wallet before going there. I had total of “ five” 5x20 dollars bills and “six” 6X10 dollar bills =60. Which you do math 100+60=160. So end up having only 100 dollar exchange and other two of my 20 dollar bill was not being accepted. It was so obvious all of them were working and covering backs. Security supervisor would not let us see cctv camera. When we ask to look at cctv camera they say “Hindi pwede” if they are telling the truth they would show in camera without any concern. The girl that count the money could not look at me and my girlfriend in the eye whole time. So yes they are pocketing money in this establishment. She was “iyakin kunti” because she knows that she did it. “WARNING” Bring only 100 dollar bills to exchange to not be rip off of your hard earning money you bring.” A very sketchy and unprofessional on the part of the situation being handle. If I could give zero stars on how this was handle I would def would. Just don’t bother coming here… if your Filipino american that wants to...
