Iâm really disappointed with the service at this branch. The cashier, I think her name is Yanisa, didnât smile, didnât greet me, and had no reaction at all while taking my order. She seemed like she didnât want to be there.
I asked for a big part of chicken, but what I got was really small. I thought McDonaldâs was much pinalaki, but this branch seems different. I asked to have it replaced, and the second piece was even smaller. I didnât ask again because I could tell from her face that she didnât want to go back anymore to change my chicken. Honestly, I felt uncomfortable and worried that if I asked again, she might do something bad to my food.
I hope this issue can be looked into. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and served properly. This experience made me not want to return to...
   Read moreI worked in McDonaldâs back in Ontario for 2.5 years. Our drive thru times are always first place. Our Manager even got the Ray Crock award. Meaning to say, our customer service and back kitchen work is EXCEPTIONAL. To cut the long story short, The service in this location is VERY DISAPPOINTING. The girl in the cashier is non chalant and rude. She should not work in customer service. I could name her if I wanted to. Edit: I had to ask may dad to drive and get the issue sorted, they did replace my order but they insisted on blaming the driver as he might steal the missing order, I always use grab and had the same driver a couple of time so I kind of know him at this point and it's kinda low on blaming the driver when the packaging of the order is sealed.
