Wow, the worst food and service in Philippines.

The beef rice is lumps of cheap fat. They forgot ALL 3 drinks and we had to show receipt 3 times to get them. The ice tea drink was not mixed, so the flavour was a lump at bottom of cup. Even jolibee has better quality food and service. The spicy chaos fan was the original flavour with no spice, and th3 Buchi was burnt. There's nothing left they could have got wrong. Zero apologising and a couple of eye rolls. 0 star rating and worry about potential food poisoning after this muck. Health inspectors need to investigate this dirty place and staff training. It's absolute chaos in this restaurant. Multiple customers complaining about incorrect orders. Flies everywhere...

Expect to wait upwards of 20 minutes for a simple meal (we ordered 2 mix and match), messed up our order by leaving out an item (3 pcs buchi) in our order, and left us waiting for another 20 mins for them to finish serving. Floor was visibly dirty with lots of uncleaned spills and the CR reeks of piss and feces from the outside, which is also adjacent to the kitchen— talk about...

the service was so slow! We've waited for 1 hour just to get our 5 orders, can't believe the service they have! They even messed up our orders! They have forgotten most of it and will just say "follow up nalang po namin." AS IF, customers are waiting for their poor service that they have! The store was even so small...
