Worst most incompetent starbucks I've ever been in. Rubbish n Flies over the tables and nobody cares to clean it. We nearly left straight away because there was a strong smell of vomit.

Asked politely if someone can come clean the table so we could use it... they smiled and did nothing.

10 minutes later asked again and someone came over, picked up the trash and didn't clean anything. Wouldn't trust drinking...

Not a Starbucks goer, but their SM CITY TRECE branch's coffee is really good. Tried other branches' (not reserved) blends and so far, this branch is good. The Manager is very accommodating and very kind to his staff, as one of his is a newbie and forgot that we can ask to customize things 😅 Overall, it's a good place to chill and work at the same time. Glad that Starbucks is now in Trece Martires. The classic Frappucino and Espresso just one walk away. Excellent taste and service still the same and very consistent hoping they get more stocks of their pastries.
