We had high hopes for this place. The ambiance was really good, the food was affordable and nicely presented — at first. But when our nachos arrived, beautifully plated, my son suddenly noticed a langaw (fly) mixed in the nachos. 😷

Of course, we immediately called the attention of the staff. Unfortunately, the crew who approached us was not nice at all. She just said, "Papalitan po ba o i-rerefund?" — with no apology whatsoever. 😤

My daughter, trying to make the most of the situation, happily asked if we could just replace it with a blueberry cheesecake. But we noticed the staff’s attitude suddenly changed, parang na-offend siya. It felt like she thought we were taking advantage of the situation just because the cheesecake costs more.

Because of her cold reaction, we decided not to accept the replacement anymore. It totally ruined our appetite.

We weren’t asking for anything extra, just a sincere apology and proper handling. Pero the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. You don’t treat customers like they’re trying to scam you, lalo na kung may mali naman talaga sa pagkain.

Really disappointing. Great place, but poor customer service ruins...

• Location is on a secondary road; can use Waze/Maps for directions. • With parking though limited, good for 5-6. It would be helpful if they will have a parking attendant or draw park lines as a guide. • Servers greeted us warmly and promptly upon entering the premise👏 One even held the door open for us. They could smile too to make the service even better. • Has 2 properly maintained for-all gender restrooms outside the restaurant complete with bidet, toilet papers, and a working flush. • With working outlets and free wifi though wasn't able to test it out due to no internet connection at the time. • Menu has a variety of options - rice meals, pasta, drinks, and desserts 😻 • Price range for food is 140-750, while drinks ranges from 90-210. • Food servings are good for 1-2pax. Good taste also. Definitely worth the value 👌

Just like others said, the service was horrible. The crew kept staring while we ate, it was so awkward. When I paid via bank transfer, they were all waiting for the funds to be received and kept looking back at me. Just very unprofessional.

The food was good, but the seafood marinara I ordered did not have fresh ingredients. The mussels stank so bad.
