My favorite local cafe in Trece:

I really love how strong their coffee is, and their normal blend is not too sweet. They're also flexible with the sugar level without compromising the taste of coffee. Very underrated coffee shop in Trece/Cavite area.

In terms of ambiance, their design is industrial/minimalist. It is out go-to cafe for simple hangout with friends or if we want to go outside the house and catch up on our reading. Their staff is very nice and accommodating.

Go-to caffeinated drink: Latte or Cappucino. We also love their new flavor Hazelnut Almond. My sister also loved their Spanish Latte on her first visit.

Go-to non caffeinated drink: Matcha Latte or Red Velvet Cream Cheese Shake (I'll go for less sweet on this one)

Tried out this recently-opened cafe in Trece. Ambiance is really nice, with modern industrial vibes. The coffee itself is pretty good, but the pastries are our favorite. Overlook at your own peril as this is one of the more underrated cafe/restaurants in a city that’s starving for good quality cafes. Their food is nicely priced with good portions and their drinks are more than decent. Why you should go is because they offer a quiet space in the middle of the field where you can see cows still roaming while you eat your food and drink your coffee.
