Jollibee CityMall Tuguegarao — Restaurant in Tuguegarao

There were a lot of staff yesterday (20 Apr 23), the cashier (Joy) and an Intern (because he is wearing white polo shirt) took my order. It took them a while to take my order because Joy is settling some orders in the POS. Then she gave me my number since I am having a take out order. When it was alarmed to pick up my order. Good thing I checked it, because surprisingly she gave me the wrong order. She messed up giving the number to the one who ordered before me. My only concern is, there's a lot of staff in this outlet, but they are not doing their task correctly. It hassles the time of the customers. The design is not Fast...

Still Jollibee. The usual fast food. Quick service, food as shown on menu and available. Friendly staff and clean counter. Nice for a quick snack while shopping. Dining area was a bit rough and water in the soup dispenser, but overall good. One thing that is odd. For five years they have five choices on the menu and the dispensers, but still only sprite and coke available. No others...

Very poor customer service. Before taking my order, the manager who was at the counter immediately told me it will take 15 minutes. She didn't even ask me kung ano order ko? I told her, "lahat ng food niyo 15 minutes ang waiting time?" Then she asked me ano raw order...
