Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Tuguegarao

It seems that the crew servers are not used to having a full house. We dined here when there was a scheduled brownout from 7am to 6pm. The staff noticed that we arrived but did not pay much attention to us. When we mentioned that we were a party of 4 for dine in, they did not take note of this. We were patiently waiting for our table, but they managed to seat another group that obviously came 20 minutes after us. If I didn't call their attention, they wouldn't have given us a table in their events room (damage control maybe?). Also, the serving crew avoids any eye contact with their customers. I know they are busy enough serving the food from the kitchen. But we felt that they are deliberately avoiding eye contact or ignoring our raised hands to avoid "additional work". The kitchen staff even calls their attention when a customer raises their hands for their bill or a follow-up order, or additional orders. On the contrary, the kitchen staff are very efficient. Food comes out quickly...

Went here for a lunch date, not impressed by the normal staff, the interns or girls with grey shirts were very welcoming. The staff in red shirts were in welcoming and not friendly, hitting the table with the menu so we both jumped. The lasagne was tasteful, but cold, the pizza was superb, the hash Browns were to skinny (almost nothing but skin). I would go back for the food, but wont due...

The place is quite cozy. The staff are very good. They got our order wrong but they were very sorry and got to change the food in minutes. Overall i give them five stars because of their service. The waiter in charge of our table gave his best to serve us and the manager was hands on when the order was...
