It seems that the crew servers are not used to having a full house. We dined here when there was a scheduled brownout from 7am to 6pm. The staff noticed that we arrived but did not pay much attention to us. When we mentioned that we were a party of 4 for dine in, they did not take note of this. We were patiently waiting for our table, but they managed to seat another group that obviously came 20 minutes after us. If I didn't call their attention, they wouldn't have given us a table in their events room (damage control maybe?). Also, the serving crew avoids any eye contact with their customers. I know they are busy enough serving the food from the kitchen. But we felt that they are deliberately avoiding eye contact or ignoring our raised hands to avoid "additional work". The kitchen staff even calls their attention when a customer raises their hands for their bill or a follow-up order, or additional orders. On the contrary, the kitchen staff are very efficient.
