Their menu's price range is in the ₱₱-₱₱₱ side. Their staffs are nice and polite. The restaurant/cafe's interior space is designed creatively and well thought out. Just entering the establishment is a fun and unique experience itself. It looks small and unassuming from the outside but is actually long, spacious and romantic inside.
We ordered the Australian steak (medium rare) for the experience and baby rack ribs, mango shake, and blue lemonade. They took a long while to arrive to the table and the steaks cooled down too fast that in 5 or 10 mins we were already eating cold raw-like meat. I'm not sure if it's the seating placement or if the food was already ready to serve but had to wait on their kitchen counter for the rest of the dishes to finish, but it put a hamper to our experience. The sauces they come with are gravy and banana ketchup.
But that said, it is impressive how this cafe exists in this humble city offering the kind of food that you rarely see or that rarely available in the area. Their medium rare steak, though fast to cool down, was perfectly soft and pink. It's not raw. It's not tough or chewy, and it doesn't have a trace iron taste at all. Just beefy and aromatic. And the simple sauces, especially the gravy, was enough to complement the meat and fries (DO NOT order rice as your side). Their blue lemonade was actually sour and not too sweet, and it complemented the meaty steak.
I wanna come back again to try their burgers and other side dishes when I...

I hope the owner will acknowledge the issues and won't make excuses. Let's see.
Points:
Ambiance is 5/5. The design of the restaurant has a wow factor. The owner really invested on this restaurant. Customer service is like a carenderia customer service. The owner forgot to invest on training of staff. Suggestion to owner: Hire someone to train staff on providing excellent customer service because the beauty of the restaurant is nothing if customer service is not great. Eg. We were served litre of water but didn't give glasses until arrival of our order. Staff don't anticipate the needs of customers. Eg. The staff didn't give heads up on waiting time. We waited for ages. Eg. We ordered two coffees and the staff just placed the glasses on the table without telling which one was the latte and which one was the cappucino. Eg. We were served fries with cheese and sauces. Didn't give tissues. Value for money 1/5 Two Coffees cost us 240 pesos. Fries= 185 The taste is like Nescafe 3 in 1 diluted...
