Dzika Rybka Zum wilden Fisch — Restaurant in Świnoujście

On Saturday, 07/23/2022, 4 friends and I went to Dzika Rybka for dinner.

The food was incredibly delicious. We had among other things the veal cheeks, fish soup, turbot and pike perch, which tasted excellent. We ordered cool beers to go with the food, which also went very well. Another surprise was that we received dessert as a gift, probably due to the accident that had temporarily shut down the kitchen. In any case, a very nice gesture.

But now we unfortunately come to the point of criticism. The service was very attentive and brisk, until the moment when it came to the billing. Since we were sitting in a circle of friends, we had asked that the bill be split. The first two people paid and I wanted to take the rest of the bill for 3 more people. The service person calculated something on the cell phone and showed us the remaining amount, which we then also paid with a generous tip. Only when we were home, we checked the bill and we noticed that we were charged about 110 Złoty (about 23,20€) too much. Perhaps the previous amounts were not correctly subtracted from the total bill.

We suspect that this was not a deliberate intention and this was due to the situation with the average/power failure and the resulting stress. It is also our fault that we did not notice this immediately, but only at home when it was already too late. Thus, we could not discuss the situation on the spot. Nevertheless, this should not happen in a restaurant.

The food and the ambience were great. Unfortunately, this billing error spoiled our evening very much in retrospect. We hope that the restaurant will be more attentive...

Uwaga na to miejsce!!!! Po stokroć nie polecam. Przed zamówieniem zapytaliśmy kelnera czy filet ma ości ze względu na to że posiłek miało spożywać dziecko. Zapewniono mnie że filety są filetowane i nie powinno ich być. Po otrzymaniu posiłków okazało się że ości jest bardzo dużo co skutecznie zniechęciło do jedzenia moje dziecko i wyszło z restauracji głodne. Dodatkowo ryba nie była doprawiona i na dodatek wodnista tak jakby była smażona zaraz po wyjęciu z zamrażarki. Po zwróceniu uwagi kelnerowi że w zamówionej rybie było dużo ości kelner ostentacyjnie wzruszył ramionami i odpowiedział "trudno". Takie zachowanie uważam za skandaliczne i niedopuszczalne. Zwykły brak szacunku dla klienta - zjadłeś zapłaciłeś to wychodź i rób miejsce dla następnego. Ktoś powie: to po co to zjadłeś. Co miałem zrobić jak już było późno a coś trzeba było zjeść. Niestety w innej restauracji już by mnie nie obsłużyli. Jeszcze raz ostrzegam omijać z daleka!!! Jeśli chodzi o ocenę to jakby można było to nie dałbym ani jednej gwiazdki z każdej kategorii !!! Myślałem że wcześniejsza opinia była przesadzona ale teraz żałuję że w ogóle tam poszedłem.

Odpowiedź na reakcję restauracji: Zgadzam się z tym że trudno wyfiletować rybę. To dlaczego w jednej prawie nie było ości a drugiej było ich pełno? Mało tego przyszedłem z polecenia. A napisałem bo moje rozczarowanie sięgnęło zenitu. Przykro mi że nie zna Pani jakości swoich produktów sporządzanych we własnej kuchni możne warto od czasu tam zajrzeć. A czy ryba była soczysta czy wodnista to ja doskonale wiem ponieważ nie jedną rybę już jadłem. Na temat obsługi jak w ogóle może Pani się wypowiadać skoro nie było Pani przy tym. Pan z obsługi do którego podszedłem wcześniej uciekł przede mną do innego stolika mimo że przez całą naszą konsumpcję siedział niedaleko nas - ciekawe dlaczego tak zrobił. Proponuję zrobić szkolenie obsłudze jak ma się zachować wobec klientów. Nie piszę żadnych bzdur jak Pani sugeruje tylko opisuję to co się wydarzyło na miejscu. Na szczęście jestem tu tylko na wakacjach i więcej nie...

I went for lunch when on a short seaside break in August.

Food & Drinks: Schabowy was to die for. The size of it and side salads were delicious. People walking by kept asking us what item is that. We went back the next day for more. Beer and soft drinks were also great. Only slight let down were the bbq ribs. We were expecting a lot of flavour, but it seemed like there were not cooked in the sauce. Still tasty enough though.

Service: Service is what made it a great experience for us alongside the yummy food. Busy lunch period, but staff were very attentive, friendly, making sure everyone is happy and well fed.
