Very rude waiters, including the girls and the guy. We’ve never been asked if coffee was supposed to be taken away when ordering. After 15 minutes wait, they screamed across the room to ask us if we want it to take away. We asked to have it on the spot, twice. Then the waiter screamed at us again to tell the coffee was ready. She never served it, we had to go to the counter to take it (the other guests were served). To our surprise we spent 54 PLN for a takeaway coffee. They never offered to make a new one to have on the spot and they started to roll their eyes on us. Coffee was decent, but not enough for us to go back considering the poor hospitality. Probably they don’t...

The food was very simple yet tasty. Coffee selection is good. They serve specialty coffee with large variety of alternative milk options. You can also buy coffee beans and some souvenirs there.

The prices are about 20-30% lower than in other restaurants in Jelenia Góra, however, the quality of service and food is much higher. The bread they serve with breakfast is hot, fresh and simply delicious.

The interior is minimalistic, similar to those third wave coffee places you typically see in big cities.

Choć desery i kawa w Cukru są naprawdę smaczne, niestety całość wizyty psuje wyjątkowo nieprzyjemna obsługa. Zostałyśmy przywitane z wyraźnym brakiem uprzejmości – kelnerka rzuciła menu na stół z pretensją, podczas sprzątania stolika, przy którym usiadłyśmy, ponieważ inne miejsca były zajęte (o czym poinformowałyśmy). Na pytania odpowiadała od niechcenia, sprawiając wrażenie, jakby była tam za karę. Co więcej, sama obsługa wydawała się nie do końca wiedzieć, jak wygląda proces składania zamówień – powiedziano nam, że ktoś podejdzie, mimo że w menu napisano, że zamówienie składa się przy ladzie. Wszystko to miało miejsce jeszcze przed godziną 13, a więc daleko przed typową porą największego ruchu w niedzielę, co tym bardziej trudno usprawiedliwić takim nastawieniem.Klimat miejsca, który mógłby być przyjemny, znika w zderzeniu z takim nastawieniem personelu. Szkoda, bo kuchnia broni się sama — ale przy takiej atmosferze po prostu nie...
