The Norwegian Pavilion — Restaurant in Jelenia Góra

Unfortunately, the feedback is not positive. Were there for the third time, as the first two really liked it and decided to bring guests there. The building and interior are very beautiful, but we waited 52 minutes for potato pancakes. This time they were so overcooked that I had to cut off the edges. They did not bring the whole portion at once, but only a part, then the second part. We asked for sour cream, so the girl spilled it right on our table. No apologies or discounts were offered for all of this. It was the same dish that was ordered before and about the same number of people, but they were very dissatisfied. We won't be going there again, and we won't have any guests either. At the same time, I would like to add that the first time everything was tasty and fast, but a stream began to flow from the ceiling nearby. We said about it and a construction ladder was deployed near us. Nestled in a picturesque park, Norwegian Palace immediately catches the eye with its stunning wooden, Scandinavian-style exterior. The building itself is impressive – elegant, warm, and perfectly blending with the surrounding nature. Inside, the décor is tasteful and refined – spacious yet cozy, with plenty of thoughtful details. Gentle background music adds to the pleasant atmosphere, and a beautiful grand piano stands as a striking decorative centerpiece.

The service is spot-on – friendly, professional, and attentive. The menu is extensive, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality offered.

We ordered potato pancakes with venison goulash – a huge portion with plenty of meat – and dumplings stuffed with duck, which were soft, flavorful, and paired perfectly with an exquisite cranberry sauce.

In my opinion Norwegian Palace is the kind of place you want to return to – beautiful surroundings, elegant interiors, generous and tasty food, fair prices, and excellent service. Perfect for a family lunch or a...

Im not reviewing restaurants that often but for this i felt the need. The food was absolutely amazing we’ve had t bone steak, ribs and tartare 10/10. Unfortunately even tho food was amazing the service could be better definitely from ladies staff. Neither of us speaks polish and it felt like they’re trying to avoid us. I totally get that not everyone speaks English but we were open to communicate in any way and we tried to catch their eye and talk to them but the ladies totally ignored us After 30 minute wait i decided to talk to somebody that i want to order and they called us some boy. Shout out to him even tho his english wasn’t best he really tried and we wanted to thank him. He was giving us an amazing service.
