Alibi — Restaurant in Krakow

A long day with nothing since breakfast, so wanted somewhere convenient to our hotel (Novotel Krakow West) .. Tho close to the main road, the trees between did smother most of the noise Lovely gent owner serves, cooks and washes up We shared starters of Pierogi and a bowl of Barszsz.. both delicious For mains she had Pork Tenderloin and I had Turkey & Zucchini Then we shared an ice cream dessert (as no homemade cake today) No rush service, in fact main order not taken until we had finished starters A pleasant, relaxed...

You may find various types of restaurants in the city centre but few meals level up with Alibi's. Moreover, it is really affordable. The decoration inside of the restaurant is in a pretty vintage style. Amazing to see how many objects must have been collected to create it! We were staying across the road at the Novotel on a work related trip and were lucky enough to find this great place on the second night- not only is the food and intimate atmosphere fantastic, the owner and chef is a great host and made us feel very welcome.

We enjoyed his restaurant so much, we went back every other night for our entire 2 week visit. We look forward to our next visit to the Alibi for the excellent steaks! (and beer with Polish vodka of course)
