KFC — Restaurant in Krakow

I'm not first time here, but this is definitely last time, I ordered a burrito grande with double cheese and bacon, by automatick cassa, after wait a considerable amount of time, they call my number and I see all in one sac!!! Incredibly I asked why this? The girl said was ordered by take away...after says that I didn't do that, I asked for a tray, because I want eat on the place, she almost throw me a tray and that's it, she didn't even try to take out the food from the sac, and worst she told me to go away from the main table to put out the food from sac to the tray!!!! After that unreasonable behaviour, I got my burrito, completely cold with cold cheese not even melted, and without a bacon. Despite the place and the area is quiet clean and comfortable, the service and the food is completely out of any standard. After a while i decided to try the new Cheese menu in KFC. i arrived and ordered Mac and Cheese Twister with hot wings and fries. Hot wings were perferct, fries little bit undersalted, but thats no problem, BUT THE TWISTER was without the cheese inside, it was normal regular overpriced twister without any piece of cheese inside, how can this happen in half empty restaurant?! Ok i was waiting like 20minutes, thats not that big problem (even though in other KFCs you wait like 10minutes for more food), but how can you mess order when in restaurant are like 5people?! I definitely do not recommend it. I bought a box of chicken. It was stale and old and all small pieces. It was a disgrace. I threw it in the trash. I definitely do not recommend it. I gave 50 zl.
