MOJO Kuchnia & Przyjaciele — Restaurant in Lublin

The restaurant certainly lives up to its social media presence, boasting picture-perfect aesthetics both online and in person. The decor is stunning and creates a visually appealing atmosphere. However, the service didn’t match the restaurant’s beautiful setting, particularly for us as foreigners, and even more so as people of color.

Upon arrival, we were promptly seated, but it took an unacceptable 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or took our order. During this time, several waitstaff passed by, attending to larger tables while ignoring us entirely. It felt as though we were an afterthought, which left us feeling unwelcome.

When our food finally arrived, it was disappointing to find it served cold. The fries, in particular, seemed stale, as if they had been sitting out for some time. This was surprising, given how quickly the order arrived after we finally managed to place it.

A word of caution: if you order a liter of any beverage, be sure to ask for it without ice, or you'll end up with a jug of flavored water. While the food presentation was appealing, the taste didn't live up to expectations, and the temperature of the dishes only added to the dissatisfaction.

It's was a disaster, from the service to the food. From the start it wasn't welcoming environment but by hoping it'll get better we stayed ,just to make an order we waited Long and called the waitress many times ,even if we're already pissed we made the order and hoped the food will be good. I hope it's gets better but unfortunately no ,we saw almost all customers who came after us got there order and we just sit there with our tasteless lemonade. Finally we decided to ask her why we not getting our order and even mentioned for how long we been waiting for ,but the waitress have the audacity to argue with us and lie ,and at the end she said it'll be ready in 5 minutes. Here the food comes ,totally disappointing, we ordered one Asian pasta and the other was shared meal for 2 people , it was full of nachos and 6 other pieces ,which isn't even enough for 1 person unless you decided to make full yourself with those not fresh nachos .I never experienced this kind of bad service in my life and still paying a lot of money. KLIMAT: Restauracja jest pięknie urządzona, światło jest odpowiedniej intensywności oraz super muzyka o odpowiedniej głośności. Widać że wystrój jest szczegółowo zaplanowany, wszystkie elementy pasują do siebie. Duże wrażenie robi sztuczne drzewo w środku lokalu.

OBSŁUGA: Obsługiwała nas przemiła kelnerka Ewelina. Zadbała o wybranie odpowiedniego stolika. Opowiedziała o interesujących nas daniach z karty abyśmy łatwiej mogli podjąć wybór. Stolik był bardzo czysty a Pani Ewelina dbała o to aby nie stały na nim brudne naczynia po zjedzonym posiłku.

BARMANI: Pan Patryk wydaje się być barmanem światowej klasy. Zna wiele drinków i z łatwością radzi sobie nawet z najbardziej wymagającym i wybrednym klientem. Wybór drinków w ofercie MOJO jest bardzo duży. Zdecydowaliśmy się na drink z oferty halloweenowej o nazwie Krwawy Doktor. Drink ten podawany jest w interaktywny dla klienta sposób, dołączona jest strzykawka z syropem, która pozwala uczestniczyć w tworzeniu drinka.

JEDZENIE: Ohhhh cóż to było za jedzenie, każdy powinien spróbować i sam się przekonać. Niebo w gębie. Zamówiliśmy żeberka i były to najlepsze żeberka jakie jadłam w życiu. Mięso mięciutkie, idealnie polane pysznym sosem Jack Daniels BBQ oraz z dołączonym dodatkowym równie pysznym sosem. Brawa dla kucharza! Próbowaliśmy również herbatki rozgrzewającej, która zdecydowanie jest warta swojej ceny! Ponieważ nie chodzi tu tylko o herbatę, która jest niesamowicie pyszna ale również o dołączone do niej show związane z jej podaniem. Zamówcie i zobaczcie sami, na pewno nie pożałujecie!

Podsumowując gorąco polecam i mam nadzieję że niedługo będę mieć okazję aby zagościć tam...
