ZONA PIZZA Ristorante — Restaurant in Lublin

The service is very poor. After waiting for the waitress for a long time, I decided to go and order myself since we were in a rush (I had to go upstairs to find staff members). After finding one, I asked her if she could take my order (2 Margaritas and San Pelegrino). She got kind of angry and in an unpleasant tone told me that she needs to write it down and will be downstairs in 1 minute. We waited for 2-3 mins and she didn’t come so we decided to leave. While leaving she told us that she is coming to take our order but it was too late. No apology, nothing.

If they are not taking orders from clients and can’t remember small orders like 2 margaritas and a bottle of water, they should be checking on people more often, especially if it was not so crowded and if they were very busy, they could make an exception, and take my order since I went upstairs, or at least apologize.

About the atmosphere - very kitschy, loud music.

In addition my friend (Italian) warned me not to order any pizza with meat, since the quality is very low.

I visited this place with my colleagues on a Saturday. I ordered the Carbonara pasta and oh boy it was a mistake. Instead of a creamy pasta (obviously without any cream from the cow) I got a hot to the mouth pasta with scrambled egg and a tiny bit of bacon in it. No sign of black pepper but it was rather bitter. When I tried to mix my dish it was a big blob of the cheapest spaghetti and cooked egg. I make so much better carbonara at home. Moreover the prices are different on the website than on the menu cart. We were waiting at least an hour after the meal to offer some desert, at that time nobody wanted to take any sweet. The waitress did not want to split the bill saying it was too busy for it. BUT On my leader at work request they suddenly they were ok to receive split payments. No more visit I pay...

STAFF ARE VERY RACIST

my friend and i went for dinner here and not only were they very rude while telling us that there werent any tables available (there was multiple tables available throught the whole night) but they also got our order wrong and when we asked if what we ordered was different the way they make it the waitress was very rude and told us "this is what we ordered" when it came to splitting the bill the same waitress refused and said it wasnt possible when i know for sure it is because i've done it in zona and other restaurants.. and when i asked for my leftovers to be packed to take away she brought me a plastic box and told me to do it myself.. whats next? do i wash my own dishes too? i do not recommend this restaurant if you’re not white or...
