Visited for dinner in March and food was lovely. So decided to book my birthday dinner there for May. Emailed and arranged everything 2 months ahead. Week before when visited to check everything out was advised no one remembered to book my party. And there will be no staff available after 19:00. When originally arranged 22:00 finish. No one let me know or approach me about it. Very disappointing. Poor communication. And a shame. Had to look for a venue at a last minute that was happy to accommodate 16 people. The waiter misunderstood my wife's food order and wrote down salmon when she asked for cod. Unfortunately, due to the waiters appalling customer service, a simple mistake ended up as a slanging match. All he needed to do, was apologise and re-order. Instead he faffed about at the till taking the order off, spoke to his colleague in Polish and told her my wife ordered Salmon.
