Waiting time ~ 1 hour They had a wedding in the main hall but the waiter didn’t let us know the waiting time would be more because of this

Because of this special event, they lacked risotto (how it’s connected?) and they offered to substitute it either with mashed potatoes or with French fries. Ok, but obviously risotto costs more than mashed potatoes (the cheapest side dish ever!) - so I asked for a discount, but the waiter said that she had already printed out the receipt… Sander was ok.

But wait till the end! My husband ordered Placki ziemnaczane z polędwiczką but… in an hour they brought him another dish! And even more importantly there were no excuses or regrets, the waiter said “I SAW you showed “polendwiczki w sosie whiskey” in the menu. Listen, she SAW…!

But he ORDERED and SAID IT LOUD - PLACKI Z POLENDWICZKA

If the waiter has issues with hearing, it shouldn’t be our problems.

Niestety - najgorszy lokal w Radomiu, jeśli chodzi o te ramy cenowe. Bardzo pogorszyła się jakość przez ostatnie parę miesięcy.

Pani kelnerka źle usłyszała zamówienie (usłyszała tylko sos borowikowy, jak przyznała, i nie dopytała co dokładnie w tym sosie miało być). Otrzymaliśmy złe zamówienie, gdzie zostaliśmy poinformowani, że za to, co pani kelnerka źle usłyszała "też trzeba będzie zapłacić". Czekaliśmy dalej. Po powrocie kelnerka stwierdziła, że "ugadała" (XD) z szefem kuchni -20%, ale menadżerka zgodziła się, żebyśmy tę dodatkową rzecz dostali za darmo (w ogóle nie chcieliśmy jej dostawać, chcieliśmy nasze zamówienie, także naprawdę dziwna sytuacja). Następnie przyniesiono z powrotem tę jedną dobrą potrawę, już zimną (BEZ SZTUĆCÓW, po które musiałam po paru minutach się upomnieć). Kiedy przyniesiono drugą potrawę - była niekompletna (brakowało buraków marynowanych w occie bals. i miodzie). No więc poszłam się upomnieć, na co usłyszałam, że "tak, skończyły się" XDDDD. Powinni mi o tym powiedzieć, jak tylko zauważyli, że nie ma i zaproponować coś innego. W końcu pani zlitowała się i zaproponowała zwykłe surówki (nadmienię, że moja potrawa kosztowała 67zł, więc troszkę dziwne, że dopiero po wielkich błaganiach dostaję zwykłą surówkę za 5zł). Potrawę, której nie zamawialiśmy dostaliśmy na wynos, ale bez sztućców i serwetek, do tego borowik był surowy w środku - chłopak aktualnie ma zatrucie pokarmowe 👍.

Atmosfera również bardzo głośna, myślałam, że kwestia sali, ale w głębi lokalu również tak było. Chyba zmienili trochę target, jeśli chodzi o klientów, bo osoby tam chodzące naprawdę nie potrafiły się zachować (oczywiście to już nie kwestia obsługi, ale klimat też oceniam na 1-ną gwiazdkę, więc stwierdziłam, że wyjaśnię). Muzyka też trochę za głośna jak na restaurację - bardziej klimat baru.

Duże pogorszenie od ostatniego razu, jak tu byłam. Napewno nie wrócę.

Gdy opowiedziałam o tym znajomym, okazało się, że rzeczywiście dużo osób ma taką opinię. Dużo podobno ostatnio szukali osób do pracy - może personel nie został przeszkolony, ale nie klient powinien za to płacić. Staraliśmy się być mili, ale uważam, że zostaliśmy potraktowani jakbyśmy to my byli tam dla nich, a nie jak klient.
