Today I want to share my experience at Baires Warsaw, an Argentine restaurant I recently discovered in Warsaw. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in Argentina. The décor was warm and inviting, with photos of Argentina, soccer flags, and tango dancers adorning the walls. The music was also perfect, with a mix of Argentine classics and modern Argentine music.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the tira de asado, which is a traditional Argentine dish of grilled flank steak. The meat was tender and juicy, and the mixed salad, chimichurri sauce, and salsa criolla were perfect accompaniments. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection.

The service was excellent. Lucas was very friendly and attentive, and took the time to explain the different dishes on the menu. He also recommended a delicious Argentine wine that paired perfectly with my meal.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. It was bustling with people, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their food. The music was upbeat and fun, and the overall vibe was very positive.

What I would highlight most from my visit is the grill. The quality and flavor of the grilled meat at "Baires Cocina Argentina" are unbeatable. Every bite of the barbecue was filled with smoky flavors and juiciness, and the cooking was perfect. It was a real treat for meat lovers. The homemade desserts are another strong point of this restaurant. I tried Dulce de leche ice cream, which was rich and creamy, and the chocolate alfajor was simply divine. You can tell the care and dedication they put into preparing these desserts, and it's definitely worth saving room for them after enjoying the grill. Furthermore, I want to make a special recommendation for the empanadas, they are authentic and delicious, with a savory filling and perfectly cooked pastry. I will definitely be returning to enjoy more of their delicious food...

We knew these guys from the breakfast markets, so were excited to try the restaurant - with a group of 12, for a birthday!

Empanadas were very good, crispy pastry, plentiful fillings, pizza great too..

But the steaks - oh boze, easily one of the best in Warsaw, hard to believe given how well priced they are!!

There are some teething problems - lack of Argentinean wine was a shame, and you can tell they're still getting their heads around a restaurant; but it didn't detract from the experience at all. Both of the hosts were super friendly and helpful, as was the Chef who came to speak with us a few times - their passion and sincerity more than made up for any small issues.
