Bengol Kebab Szczęśliwicka — Restaurant in Warsaw

Zamówiłem dwa kebaby na cienkim przez aplikację Uber Eats i otrzymałem je - w tortilli, a nie w picie (nie było napisane, że jest to tortilla, a uważam, że standardem w Warszawie jest pita a nie tortilla). Dodatkowo zamówiłem je bez surówki, a otrzymałem z surówką (oba). Zadzwoniłem do kebaba i starałem się dogadać, co nie było łatwe, nie mogłem Pana zrozumieć, ani on chyba mnie - chodziło o to, żebym dostał dwa nowe kebaby, tylko po prostu bez surówki. Finalnie się udało, no przynajmniej tak mi się wydawało. Po 30 minutach (mieszkam dosyć blisko) byłem zdziwiony, że jeszcze go nie otrzymałem i zadzwoniłem ponownie z pytaniem, o której godzinie mogę spodziewać się dostawy. Otrzymałem informację, że Pan nie ma kierowców, bo to kierowcy Uber Eats i mam sam przyjechać. Nie dość, że miałem dojechać i odebrać nowo zrobione kebaby, to jeszcze musiałem przywieźć te stare kebaby, które otrzymałem z surówką. Była to dla mnie duża niespodzianka. Ponadto nie otrzymałem żadnego zadośćuczynienia, za to że w sumie czekałem 2h na moje jedzenie, otrzymałem wcześniej złe zamówienie i musiałem sam odebrać kebaby, gdy je zamawiałem do domu.
