Bar Van Binh — Restaurant in Warsaw

OMG…what a disgrace. Never in my adult life I have experienced such a combination of bad service and disgusting food.

First of all, the server who took order was extremely rude. Second of all, after getting my order - I found black hair in the wok (I am a blonde!). Once approaching the server with that issue, he did not apologize, did not offer another meal, and did not compensate the amount of money (22 Zl) I paid for a faulty dinner (which I did not even eat for my luck and health).

I am pretty sure that sanitation visit is highly required in that place and working personell might need some on job training.

Don’t sell chicken strips saying chicken nuggets.. this strips is so hard and painful to the mouth to eat.. I eat more often chicken nuggets in Vietnamese restaurant and I know how they are. Don’t cheat people. the noodles you give together I don’t know if it was made last week or what.. totally disappoint.. the price is too high for the quality. The quantity was ok but still quality matters always. the place is so dirty and the stuffs doesn’t use any gloves.. its strange how can this kind of restaurant survives in this kind of place like in the heart of Warsaw main bus stop?? I invite sanepid to visit this place more often and...

This place should be avoided like the plague. I had no idea it was possible to disrespect Chinese cuisine this badly. What I got wasn’t food — it was a sad, soggy parody. The breaded shrimp were limp, tasteless, and suspiciously freezer-burned. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it came straight from the cheapest plastic bottle imaginable, and the cabbage side looked and tasted like it had given up on life.
