As someone from Berlin with quite high culinary standards, I’m always on the lookout for truly remarkable food experiences and Bufala Pizza & Vino absolutely delivered.

We had a fantastic pizza, and I must say, the dough was exceptional, perfectly prepared with just the right consistency. It’s rare to find a place that so seamlessly blends a modern approach with traditional Italian values, but Bufala has found that sweet spot.

What makes the experience even better is the passionate, young team behind it all. We had a great chat with Mauricio, who was genuinely interested in sharing insights about pizza culture and craft. Their vision to create a place where Italian taste meets high-standard elegance is not only inspiring, it’s working.

The seasonal menu shows they put real thought and creativity into their offerings, and it’s clear there’s a lot of effort behind every dish. Honestly, for the quality you get, the prices are more than fair, I’d even expect to pay more.

Zachęcony reklamami na Instagramie postanowiłem odwiedzić pizzerię Bufala Pizza&Wino. Pizza zrobiła na mnie dobre wrażenie – świetne, idealnie wypieczone ciasto, naprawdę na duży plus. Dodatki w porządku, choć sposób podania trochę mnie zaskoczył. Rozumiem, że szynka parmeńska (prosciutto) jest dodawana już po wypieku, więc jest chłodna – to ok. Ale zimne, dosłownie zimne pomidory koktajlowe już nie do końca pasują do ciepłej pizzy.

Sama pizza była jednak bardzo smaczna – może nie wybitna, ale na pewno dobra i godna polecenia.

Zdecydowanie gorzej oceniam obsługę. Miła, ale wyraźnie niemrawa i niezbyt zorganizowana. Przy kilku zajętych stolikach było widać, że z trudem ogarniają sytuację. Może wakacyjna atmosfera, może braki kadrowe – trudno powiedzieć, ale efekt był taki, że trzeba było długo czekać i samemu przypominać o niektórych rzeczach. A no i pomylona lemoniada zamiast brzoskwiniowej - cytrynowa.

Na minus także drobny, ale jednak istotny szczegół – do stolika dla czterech osób dostaliśmy jedną serwetkę (razem ze sztućcami). To zdecydowanie za mało. Po jedzeniu każdy chce wytrzeć usta, zanim pójdzie się do łazienki – nie jest to coś, o co klient powinien się dopominać.

Czy wrócę? Raczej nie. Ale pizzę – szczególnie dla fanów dobrego ciasta – mogę z czystym...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this pizzeria truly stands out. As an Italian from Caserta, where pizza is a way of life, I was impressed. I also live just around the corner, so discovering a place like this nearby is a real bonus.

The dough is light and well baked, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are perfectly balanced.
