Gan bei — Restaurant in Warsaw

As someone who doesn't consider themselves an expert in Asian cuisine and has a personal pact with fish (I don't eat fish, and fish doesn't eat me), Ganbei has captured my heart. With my focus squarely on meat dishes, I must say, Gan bei's extensive menu stands out like no other. I can't recall encountering such a vast selection elsewhere.

What's more, every dish I've tried has been delectable. Even the spicy options were perfectly calibrated, catering to the European palate. I remember being served a non-spicy kimchi by a Korean friend once, and I cried all day—it was that mild!

Another aspect that impressed me is the impeccable service. The waitstaff is attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. During my last visit, Alina took care of us, and her efforts to ensure my colleagues and I had a pleasant experience did not go unnoticed.

I feel confident in providing this review based on multiple visits. I've dined at Gan bei at least a dozen times, and I'll undoubtedly continue to do so sporadically in the future.

There was even an incident where I was served beef instead of pork, which was slightly more expensive. However, it turned out to be a delicious and interesting experience. Im totally disappointed. We usually used to go to Ganbei in Minsk. It was good. Today we went to Ganbei which is in center of Warsaw. Ordered thai bazil rice (it was ok) and pork with mushroom coconut curry which we LOVED in Minsk. Also ordered a garlic naan but they forget to bring it, only after they brought other dishes and we almost finished, when we reminded of our order, they finally brought in the end. Meat was not chewable- very hard and I could not eat it. Very terrible. It made us upset because we used to like eating in Ganbei. Waiter forgot to give us folks, he brought food but forgot about folks so we had to call him few times and asked to bring which is totally not fine. Place itself is very pretty with nice view, but service is terrible and meat old or not cooked well. We ordered sweet sushi for take away- at home we realized that additional sauce was not closed ( didn’t have any lead , they just put it standing near sushi) so of course it was all poured out all over the plastic box and...

I visited there for the dinner with my family.

Personally, I like sushi very much and I could be picky on its quality. But Sushi here is rather more than 4 out of 5, which is very good.

■■■□□ Pork menu in the offer (small amount + its confusion with potato). It looks less amount than expectation. Plus, those mix with potatoe made me thinking it has even less amount.

■■■□□ PRICE was not really kind. Definitely, they are charging you for the location.

■■■■■ STAFFS. Guys are pretty nice. It was busy time but they came back once they noticed something is needed on the table.

Unfortunately, I forgot to take visuals of foods. Actually plating was good.

I know this place in Riga; It is great to see its success here...
