Rude service. I have visited this Starbucks regularly but today when I asked for large matcha with a whipped cream on top, they bring me a large cup with literally half of matcha and half of whipped cream, I don’t understand what for I paid. I asked a person, who work there, Luiza for the next time to do more matcha than whipped cream (I have visited this Starbucks almost every day), after that she yelled: «What do you want from me, that is your order!». I didn't want to get into a conflict, so I took my order and left. Mood deteriorated and appetite too, I loved this place but after this situation, I don’t have any desire to return there back. On this photo you can see that this is how much of Matcha left after eating whipped cream

Хорошее место чтобы выпить вкусный кофе и перекусить шоколадным маффином. Персонал приветливый, но какой-то очень уставший на вид, большая суета все время, такое впечатление что одни и те же люди работают там без смены. Заказывал две позиции (всего заплатил 25,85 злотых): "Capuccino G" и "Muffin Czecolad", могу сказать что маффин очень вкусный, вопросов ни к качеству ни срокам годности нету, а вот кофе достаточно посредственный, я не большой фанат кофе, но большой фанат капучино, в том же Costa Coffee можно поесть дешевле и вкуснее! Не могу сказать что это бюджетное место, есть свой вкус, подача, но все же на таком большом фудкорте есть большой выбор заведений, которым я отдал бы большее предпочтение!

Nice atmosphere but male worker working 9 Dec Saturday at 6 pm was unprofessional and rude…first time a Starbucks employee was like this after being a loyal customer for over 20 years…one usually receives good service and a good product at Star Bucks.

Holiday coffee was watered down and I was disappointed (one expects a certain degree of value and consistency coming to SB….staff missed the mark and the manager and owner should please take note)

I just wanted a well prepared coffee with good service and to do some shopping…that night the staff...

HORRIBLE&DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered an iced latte and requested a straw for it, the girl with the pink hair told me that the cups could be used without the straw, ofcourse i already know this! however i had a problem with my tooth so that’s why i told her that i need the straw. She literally threw the straw to me.. My boyfriend told her that it is not a good behaviour however she told him that no i didn’t do anything wrong.
