KFC — Restaurant in Warsaw

This restaurant may not know it, but it's probably the best KFC experience I have ever had. I'm confused by some of the other negative reviews. The sandwiches and wraps are just perfectly made, with just the right amounts of ingredients, sauces, and with their chicken tasting perfectly fresh. I visited Poland after three years of absence. I ate plenty of KFC in the US and Canada. I just had dry and old-tasting KFC at Piekna and plac Unii in Warsaw. I was disappointed. However, my order from this restaurant was still perfect, just as I remembered it. So I don't know what this restaurant's secret is, but I'd honestly point this place as an example for how to make Twisters and other sandwiches and run the KFC brand in general. Occasionally missing items that were mentioned in orders, despite I specified it can be at my cost. Without ketchup it’s torturous to have some of the listed products

What’s worth mentioning is, actually missing items I already paid in my order. I noticed. I reported. To my disappointment, weeks after I received their call. Sounds like the management team wanted to handle it with equivalent amount of coupon, and valid within a short period. That’s how they decide to treat a beggar? I had business trip and said it wouldn’t be convenient, suggested the specialist calling me should feed this back to the management. They certainly could care less to remember. Worst KFC I have ever been to. The salad had gone bad, it was sour and smelled very funny. The refill machine only had Iced tea, the wings were also quite bad. And now the worst part, the place itself, it is dirty, the bathrooms don't have soap nor paper towels. The customers also seemed very peculiar, there were two men taking something out of each other's hair for about 15 minutes right at the table. There are also guys drinking beer inside which I assume isn't allowed. It seems okay from outside, but it is all a lie, the second you step inside you realize this. You really should avoid...
