Kim Long — Restaurant in Warsaw

i was a regular customer of this place mostly dining in and ordering crispy duck with fries. just a few days ago i went there and wanted to try crispy duck with udon noodles which is unfortunately not on their menu but i requested and asked them to make me crispy duck with udon noodles, at first the cashier lady said we can't do that but i said that i can pay extra for the trouble. she called the restaurant owner and told about this situation and the owner agreed and said the cashier lady to make me the crispy duck with udon noodles and charge me extra. i repeatedly ask the cashier lady that i wanted crispy duck not regular boiled duck. when the order came in there was udon noodles with boiled duck made with anger by the cook. i had to just leave the restaurant unsatisfied, angered, with empty stomach. i wish i took the photo to put on this review but believe me it looked very bad and rude service by the cashier lady who knew me very well since i was thier regular happy customer. it is just sad that i have to write this bad review. hope this review is seen by the owner and take some action against the cashier lady who is the culprit for this...

I used to eat quite regularly at Kim long for delicious food on reasonable prices. But, recently prices have increased so much and the choices on menu are very much reduced for those who enjoys vegetarian and recipes with chicken..... I used to pay 13 to 15 zl for "vegetables on butter" dish but now it has been increased to almost 23zl for the same quality on unreasonably high price tag.... They should consider lowering the prices and impose the rise in a reasonable manner so that they don't loose their regular...
