NAMA sushi bar & lounge — Restaurant in Warsaw

Had an unfortunate expirience to order a meal here. The waiter saw us a couple of times as we waited for a table, but continued talking to their colleague instead. I had to ask them to do their work before they offered me a table. The menu consists of the most basic and uninteresting offers, worth to mention is that they understand the concept of Sashimi as a relatively big piece of fish, compared to what it actually is. The jasmine tea was cold and watery at first, they replaced it after being asked to do that, the second attempt on the tea was slightly below average, but similar to what the beverage is supposed to be. Then… they brought the fish. Salmon, tuna, shrimps and eel: the salmon was tasteless, tuna was unremarkable as well as the eel. Shrimps on the other hand were served in tempura, some — unpeeled, with their tails still in the rolled sushi. The only part of the meal that left me somewhat satisfied was a bottle...

We order at Nama nearly every week, since several years. We pick up ourselves so no hassle around that but we regret the Nama place at Fort Słuzew disappeared (the interior was a disaster btw). Food is great usually. Recently we took a dinner at Nama place itself. The place isn’t really prepared to receive customers decently: it is too small and clothes cannot be hung or found back given the lack of amenities. Food was prepared within decent time but service was extremely slow. Still we will order and pick up ourselves as the food is decent but eating at the place itself is not...

Kiedyś byliśmy stałymi klientami Nama Sushi – obsługa była życzliwa, a jedzenie smaczne. Niestety, ostatnio doświadczamy coraz więcej rozczarowań. Obsługa sprawia wrażenie, jakby zupełnie przestało im zależeć na klientach.

Dziś zamierzałem złożyć zamówienie na zestaw nr 9, którego cena na stronie wynosiła 137,75 PLN. Dodatkowo na stronie widniała informacja o -5% zniżce przy odbiorze osobistym. Zadzwoniłem, aby zamówić i dowiedzieć się, kiedy będzie gotowe do odbioru. Ku mojemu zdziwieniu, usłyszałem cenę 148 PLN. Na moje pytanie, jak to możliwe, że kwota nagle wzrosła, dowiedziałem się, że 137,75 PLN jest dostępne jedynie po zalogowaniu się w aplikacji – nigdzie jednak nie było o tym wzmianki.

Mam wrażenie, że restauracja celowo wprowadza klientów w błąd. Arogancja Pani, która odebrała telefon, była wręcz szokująca. Wprost dała do zrozumienia, że moje zamówienie zupełnie ją nie obchodzi. Zrezygnowałem z zamówienia, ale nawet to nie wywołało żadnej reakcji. Jeśli uważają, że klienci powinni niemal błagać o możliwość złożenia zamówienia, to taka postawa jest absolutnie nie do przyjęcia. Zdecydowanie odradzam tę restaurację – poziom ich obsługi i podejście do klienta są poniżej krytyki.

PS: Na dodatek terminal do kart płatniczych niby nie działał, więc jedyna opcja to była płatność...
