A true disappointment. Have eaten many times, but something has gone horribly wrong. The pizza was baked improperly, resulting in floppy, raw crust throughout the center of each pie. The tomato sauce is bland, lacking flavor.

There was no offer to correct the food. It's a simple and reasonable response that would have rectified the situation.

Service offered a 20% refund on what was a dining experience that was 100% unacceptable.

Re: owner - Constructive criticism seems difficult to handle. Many times I have enjoyed your pizzas and salads, and have left a positive review, prior. This experience was different, both in the quality of the food presented and the service provided. I was taken aback by the inaccuracies and defensiveness in your response. Food preparation goes wrong sometimes and a customer-oriented response would have been easy and appropriate, and the situation would have been rectified. Instead, a pattern of defiance and aggression is evident when reviewing your responses to any of the more critical reviews.

There are several reviewers that have commented critically, and acknowledged that it was an exception to their normal experience. Rather than making it right, they are then criticized and told off. To be specific, the tomato sauce was under-seasoned, in salt and basil. The bottom of the crust was lightly browned, yet the top portion remained uncooked. The moisture balance of ingredients was just a bit off resulting in a pie that was undercooked, with the exception of the crust. The imbalance also resulted in the cheese of both pies simply sliding off the crust, which could not hold its shape as a small thin crust slice ought to.

My child was hungry after a day of play and excited for pizza. We have enjoyed your pizzas several times. They ate nearly three slices of eight. I consumed one of eight.The thirty minutes you refer to was not how long it took to sample the pizza, as we both did so once it was cool (5 min). Thirty minutes was the amount of time lapsed until a server returned to our table for the first time after delivering the pizza. During those thirty minutes, the child drank their apple juice and I refilled their glass with my sparkling water. My child and I snuggled, them on my lap. I told them three different children's stories as time passed. It was pleasant, we were enjoying our time together.

We were never asked how the food was, or if we would like anything additional to drink, nor asked if there was anything further we'd like with our meal. That was the extent of the conversation. The server left. An additional twenty minutes passed before I could get the attention of a server to ask for the check.

The server shared a 20% reduction. It's a recognized gesture, and a full refund would not have been warranted. The beverages were consumed, and charging for one of two pies would have been reasonable. More importantly, validating and recognizing an experience gone awry would have done it.

The delivered pizza was very soft, and has integrated itself with the box. The add-ons were disintegrated and all they moved to one side of the "pizza". A total disaster. Maybe there was some problem with the delivery, but the pastry was so soft that I could roll it over without any issue, it was hard to cut, impossible to eat by hand and was tasting like chewing gum, was even hard to take out of the box...

Well, we dont have so good experience. When we went it was almost full so nobody came to attend us. After 10mins of waiting, We stopped one of the waiter and asked him. Coming to food, staters were decent but the pizza was not so good. Bread was not impressive neither the toppings. Cocktails were decent. Felt...

The worst pizza ever tried. When we asked to return it, the chef send it back to us!! That should never happen in any restaurant! I invited my guest and was very ashamed by such service! Very very disappointed that we even had to pay for something we didn’t eat!!
