OKIENKO — Restaurant in Warsaw

Certainly the worst service I had in Poland, from now on (09/02/25, around 7PM). The employee prefers to chat with the friend, in the back, and certainly moke the client, instead of providing minimal consideration to the consumer. Very long waiting, fries were very deceiving for the price asked (portion was also greedy in that matter), they seem and taste like frozen ones ? Been there yesterday evening and ordered mixed fries. The wait was a bit long because of the crowd but 100% worth it. Fries were amazing especially sweet potatoes. The girl working there was very kind. She gladly helped me with choosing the sauce and lemon mayo was just so good.

It was heart breaking to see her working alone despite exhaustion though. Huge respect for her but I don’t think it should be like this. Would absolutely come back for the fries and amazing...

The place and location quite nice but the quys who works there was very rude to me and other clients I seen. They lost orders at least five times and we had to wait about 20 min for our fries, moreover when I asked to give me a botle of coke guy on the cashdesk told me that he didnt want to go for the coke coz it placed in uncomfortable place :D WTF? First time I met that kinda of service. After all of that I had a horrible stomachache so I’m very upset...
