Incredible service! They have some really unique scents in their collections. Their customer service is exceptional, Mateusz the guy who helped me today, to say the least he was very professional, and patient as he kept looking with me for the perfect perfume I was aiming for. He kept on trying and recommending one product after the other just so I can get what I want.

Finally he was very vigilant, smart, and paid attention to details. I mentioned at the very beginning of me entering the store that I was getting a perfume for a female, and after I bought the product he asked if it was a present so he can wrap it up for me and make it look nice. I really think that it was a nice gesture from him because it never crossed my mind to wrap it up in a gift wrap. This guy deserves a raise.

Great variety, got what I wanted. The service was unexpectedly poor, the only sales assistant I saw did not even bother to say a word to me or to call for another assistant until she finished working and chatting after that with a client who was making a big purchase, she absolutely ignored my presence. So I had to stay in the corner completely abandoned until the other assistant condescended to come out of somewhere and help me. I must also say that I felt treated not as friendly as the previous customer(I was on my way to the station, wearing comfortable clothes and carrying a suitcase.) I really hope it was a single accident...

It was a terrible experience. I initially chose a hand cream as a gift for my friend, but when I got home, I discovered that the consultant had given me the wrong item. Upon returning to the store and requesting a replacement, I felt uncomfortable as the consultant mentioned they couldn't do it quickly.
