I placed an order online. The order included a 0.85 l bottle of Pepsi Max. They did not deliver it. Upon filing a complaint via the Contact Form, I got an email response from a "Beata" person (no last name, no phone number) with a promo code for MY NEXT ORDER (as if I wanted to place another order after this snafu!). I have been now waiting on the phone line for half an hour to actually talk to a living individual about the situation. I will now contact Amrest (their unfortunate co-ordinating company in Wrocław) directly. Barring that, the Customer and Competition Protection Authority. Read moreWe went there just to have a normal regular Pizza Hut pizza, only this time we wanted to dine in. This place was very small, you can clearly tell that it's primarily focused on delivery which is fine. First of all I had to wait for 10 minutes before the assistant approached the desk. Then I was told that the waiting time is going to be 30 minutes. Well there was only one other table taken so to me it is unacceptable. Walk-in customers should be treated with priority. So while I like Pizza Hut in general and will still order from them, I definitely do jot recommend this place...
Read moreThis is the 4th time they made a mistake, I ordered pizza without Chicken and i get it with chicken. Just now I went to the restaurant and the guy working their was not nice, I think he can’t see what was ordered (may be he is blind) . How do you feel when you decide not to cook at home and relax and order the pizza and get such service from them; not just the 1st time; its the 4th time they made mistake. Instead of accepting their mistake the guy was telling me about some system. He was so rude.
